Tina Boden is no stranger to running micro and small businesses, the importance of customer service or the hospitality industry. It has been part of her life since the age of 2 when her parents gave up the security of employed life and bought a pub between York & Harrogate in North Yorkshire that become their first of three hospitality renovation projects. Tina went on to study Hotel, Catering & Institutional Operations when she left school before joining the family business. At the age of 21 Tina bought her first micro business with her Mum, a property letting and management agency, that she owned for over a decade.

Working with micro businesses to ensure the wellbeing of the business and the business owner is as good as it can is the key focus of Tina’s day to day life. Stepping in her role as Mrs B, The B and B Keeper, Tina is still very much hands-on in all she does.

Terms & Conditions

  1. A non-refundable deposit of £125.00 is to be paid by the client to secure The B & B Keeper services.
  2. A schedule showing arrival time and date, first breakfast date and departure time and date along with the total days to be invoiced will be sent with the deposit invoice.
  3. If relief management cover is cancelled within 28 days of the arrival date a fee equivalent to half of the total days to invoice shown in the schedule will be due.
  4. If relief management cover is cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date a fee equivalent to the total days to invoice shown in the schedule will be due.
  5. An invoice for the balance of the payment due for relief management cover is sent the day following the departure date shown on the schedule. This is due for payment within 48 hours of the date of the invoice.
